Campsite rules
The Neckargemünd campsite warmly welcomes all camping guests – we wish you a relaxing stay in Neckargemünd. Our aim is to make your vacation at our campsite as pleasant as possible. There are a few points to bear in mind so that all camping guests can enjoy every single day on the campsite.
(1) Feeding wild animals is prohibited, especially the ducks and geese on the campsite.
(2) No carpets, tarpaulins, foils or similar objects are permitted under awnings on lawns.
(3) It is not permitted to dig trenches or enclose the pitch.
(4) Barbecuing is permitted using a barbecue (preferably a gas barbecue) on your own pitch. Charcoal barbecues, disposable barbecues, open fires, e.g. fire bowls, campfires and fireworks are prohibited on the entire campsite for safety reasons. Avoid heavy smoke and unpleasant odours.
(5) On the day of arrival, the rented pitch is available to you from 12:00 noon, a Neckar cabin from 3:00 p.m. and on the day of departure until 11:00 a.m. without limitation. Please note the space limits of your pitch. Please register at reception immediately on arrival. To ensure smooth registration, we require a valid identity card or passport.
(6) The instructions of the owner and employees must be followed, in particular with regard to the positioning of mobile homes, caravans, tents and motor vehicles.
(7) Day visitors must be registered at reception before they arrive.
(8) If you want to check out after 11:00 a.m., a corresponding fee may be charged after checking feasibility.
(9) Walking speed applies throughout the campsite. Vehicles must be moved only on arrival and departure or for day trips. Driving within the campsite is not allowed. In particular, moving cars is not permitted at night (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
(10) Noise of any kind is to be avoided during at night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please do not disturb other campers with loud music and be considerate of each other.
(11) The sanitary facilities must be kept clean at all times. In addition, the pitch you have rented must be kept tidy, clean and free of rubbish at all times until your departure.
(12) Unnecessary water consumption must be avoided. Water is precious, please do not waste it.
(13) Waste water must be collected in a container provided for this purpose. Emptying must take place in the gray water station provided for this purpose. Disposal into the ground and directly into the sewage system is prohibited.
(14) Rubbish may be disposed of exclusively at the garbage station.
(15) The pitch may only be used for recreational purposes. Commercial and business activities of any kind are only permitted on the campsite with the prior approval of the owner.
(16) Charging electrically powered vehicles (except e-bikes) using a pitch’s power supply is prohibited.
(17) Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the campsite. Droppings must be picked up without exception and disposed of properly. Dogs are not permitted in the sanitary buildings.
(18) The management is entitled to exercise domiciliary rights.
