Reservations

We recommend placing a reservation for stays during vacation periods and on long weekends. You can do this via our reservation form. For reservations, we ask for a deposit of 20%, but at least €50.00. Please settle this within 10 days of making your reservation. The reservation does not become binding before then.
In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to rent the pitch or facility to someone else.

Cancellations

If you cancel a reservation, we will retain a processing fee of € 30.00 in each case. Further cancellation conditions:

• 15 – 30 Days before your planned arrival date: 10% of the accommodation fees
• 8 – 14 Days before your planned arrival date: 50% of the accommodation fees
• 1 – 7 Days before your planned arrival date: 75% of the accommodation fees
• On the planned arrival date or in case of no-show: 100% of the accommodation fees

Once you have arrived for your stay, ordinary termination of the contract is excluded. In the event of early departure, the agreed rental price must be paid in full.

Discounts

The following discounts apply for longer stays:

• > 14 days – 5%
• > 21 days – 10%
• > 28 days – 15%
• longer stay: please ask.

For larger groups (10 or more pitches) booked by one person, we will grant a discount upon request.

Services included on a pitch

The following services are included per pitch:

• 1 Car and 1 caravan
• 1 Motorhome and possibly 1 small tent
• 1 Car and 1 tent

Each person, additional vehicles and dogs must be booked separately. For tent pitches, tents, vehicles and people must be booked separately. Bicycles are free of charge. Electricity can also be booked for tent pitches, if necessary, to recharge batteries. However, not every tent pitch has a power connection. Please ask!
